Salon Policies

Privacy Policy:

  • Royal Hair will not release any personal information obtained inside the salon & spa to any outside parties.

ALL SALES/SERVICES ARE FINAL
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY ROYAL HAIR NY INC.

Hair Extensions Policies:

  • Royal Hair NY Inc. uses the best quality hair extensions that are 100% Human Hair.  We guarantee our hair extensions depending on the method for 2-6 months if handled with care as you were instructed during day of your installation.
  • As advised at your initial hair extensions application appointment, you must book an appointment 30 days after your hair extensions installation so your technician can make sure all is fine and your hair extensions are intact. If you fail to book your appointment 30 days after your installation Royal Hair NY Inc. will not be responsible for any issues or damage you may have with your hair extensions.
  • As advised you must physically come in for your 30 day appointment after the installation so we can look at the state of your hair extensions.
  • There will be an extra fee to add more hair extensions at your 30 days maintenance if needed.  If there is no need to add hair at your 30 day maintenance it will be free of charge.
  • Royal Hair NY Inc. will not be responsible if the bonds were damaged due to heat from any heating tool.
  • Royal Hair NY Inc. will not be responsible for installation or hair if it was not purchased at Royal Hair NY Inc.
  • Royal Hair NY Inc. Will not be responsible for if there is hair damage while removing hair extensions that were done elsewhere.
  • Royal Hair NY Inc. Will not be responsible for damage due to removal of our hair extensions at a different salon or self removal.  You must let our technical remove your hair extensions to avoid damage to your natural hair.

Appointments:

  • We are grateful that many of our guests respect our time and opportunity to provide a great service. We collect payment information upfront to reserve an appointment as security. Not to worry, we will not charge it unless appointment is cancelled late or missed altogether.
Appointment Check in:
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you time to fill out our client history form and unwind before your treatment. (please add an additional 5 minutes if you are wearing eye makeup).
Late Arrival:
  • We provide 10 minute grace period for those times when you are running unexpectedly late. If you arrive past our grace period, though we don’t guarantee, we will try to accommodate you depending on how our schedule looks. Otherwise, we will try to reschedule appointment to next available time that works for you.
  • There will be a $20 charge to reschedule for eyelash appointment and $100 charge for Hair Extensions appointment.
Late Cancelation:
  • We kindly ask that you let us know and get confirmation of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time so that we can reschedule you to another time and accommodate another guest. In the event that appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time, we will charge 50% of the full price of scheduled services.
No Show/ Missed Appointments:
  • For all no show/missed appointments we will charge the full price of scheduled services.
